We Operate with Autonomy

As we are not part of a banking group, we operate with greater flexibility to design structures tailored to wealth, business, or intergenerational planning objectives.

Efficient and Structured Processes

Our operations follow defined protocols for the setup, administration, and monitoring of trust structures. This enables us to deliver a streamlined, organized service with full traceability at every stage.

Multijurisdictional Capability

We support structures involving assets, beneficiaries, or needs beyond Panama. Our knowledge of the international landscape, combined with partnerships with specialized firms, allows us to deliver solutions with a global perspective.

Board of Directors

Professional leadership for decisions that build a legacy

At Assets Trust, our Board of Directors, as a governing body, along with each of our Directors, plays an active role in the company’s operations. Whether through their monthly meetings or the participation of their members in various committees—such as Compliance or Business Committees—the Board contributes an invaluable level of experience and expertise to both our operations and our clients’ business activities.
