Carolina Franco

Carolina joined the legal team of Assets Trust in 2009 and, through her dedicated and meticulous work, has progressively taken on more complex responsibilities in advising the firm’s corporate clients. She brings over 15 years of experience in Corporate Law, purchase and sale transactions, the formation of foundations, matters related to the condominium property regime, escrow agency services, and fiduciary services.

Her career combines legal practice with direct client interaction, enabling her to support wealth-related decisions with a practical, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach. In addition to her role in structuring, she has worked closely with the Compliance department on due diligence processes, strengthening the security and reliability of each transaction.

Carolina is an attorney graduated from the University of Panama, with a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from the Interamerican University of Panama. Throughout her career, she has participated in seminars on corporate law, contracting, and anti-money laundering, consolidating a strong technical judgment aligned with the latest industry trends.
