Since 2019, Assets Trust has expanded into the administration of trusts that operate as investment companies (or funds), which is one of the structures permitted by the Securities Market Law of the Republic of Panama.
In 2023, the trust company made the decision to incorporate a dedicated subsidiary to professionally engage in the investment management business. To this end, it obtained License No. 124- dated April 5, 2023, from the Superintendency of the Securities Market (SMV) after proving compliance with all legal requirements.
Expansion Asset Management, Corp. was established to better serve this client segment and to offer our entire clientele a new line of specialized services with the characteristic dedication of our organization.
