"Know Your Fiduciary Client: What Evidence to Request from the Settlor, Beneficiaries, Attorneys-in-Fact, and Other Parties?" was the topic of the workshop delivered by our Compliance Officer, Yamileth Bustamante, at the 10th International Compliance Congress (CIC10), held in Panama City on 23 and 24 October 2025. 

The event, organised by the Panama Compliance Officers Association (ASOCUPA), a non-profit professional association dedicated to advancing professionalisation and best practices in risk management and financial crime prevention, brought together more than 1,000 compliance professionals from across the region under the theme "Global Policies, Challenges and Opportunities in Compliance."
