We are pleased to welcome José Ramón Chanis, a Panamanian attorney who joins our team to reinforce our work in the structuring and management of trust agreements, escrow arrangements, and corporate formation. 

José Ramón holds a Bachelor of Laws and Political Science and a Master of Laws in Business and Finance from The George Washington University Law School. His prior experience includes the drafting of hundreds of legal documents at well-regarded firms, the management of corporate filings before Panamanian authorities, and direct client support in the resolution of legal queries. 

At Assets Trust, he provides solid legal support in the drafting of contracts and corporate documents that demand precision, clarity, and regulatory compliance, while also attending directly to the needs of those who entrust us with their affairs. His background across different areas of corporate law, combined with his international academic formation, enables him to bring sound judgement, discipline, and responsiveness to matters that are central to our clients.
