Assets Trust & Corporate Services Inc., a Panamanian fiduciary company with 45 years of experience, is pleased to announce its participation as trustee in the recent transaction, subject to regulatory approval, between Venasty Assets, Corp. and Grupo Bandelta Holding Corp., the parent company of Banco Delta, a banking institution that over the course of five decades has promoted financial inclusion and microfinance in Panama.
