Assets Trust & Corporate Services Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of our VP Legal, Ana Isabel Díaz V., TEP, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Superintendency of the Securities Market of Panama. 

She was officially sworn into office today at a ceremony presided over by the Minister of Economy and Finance, Felipe Chapman, alongside two other distinguished professionals, Rosaura González Marcos and Yolanda Real, who also took office as members of the Board of Directors on the same occasion. 

This new milestone in her professional career will be met with the same commitment, experience, and leadership that have defined her trajectory. Her work will continue to contribute to the development of the securities market in Panama.
