Ana Isabel Díaz

She combines a deep understanding of the regulatory environment with the need to design structures that enable the most effective and dynamic development of new business models. A specialist in capital markets, banking, and fiduciary matters, she contributes her prior experience in the regulatory sector, providing greater insight and depth in advising clients. With more than 20 years of experience, she has led processes involving the structuring of guarantees and the creation of legal vehicles for public offerings registered in the local market, with a strong focus on clients in the financial sector.

She is an attorney graduated from the University of Panama, with a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia. Following her tenure at the Superintendencies of Banks and Securities in Panama, she advises Assets Trust clients on structures that require judgment, legal precision, compliance, and a clear understanding of associated risks and objectives. She is an active member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
