Marta Holness

As Director of Finance and Operations, Marta leads the financial and operational management of Assets Trust, ensuring efficiency, control, and compliance across every structure we administer. She oversees financial and administrative processes, supervises budgets, closings, and reporting, and coordinates with audit, compliance, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and transparency of information.

She is a Certified Public Accountant, graduated from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua, and holds a Master’s degree in Business with a specialization in Business Management from Universidad Latina de Panamá. With more than thirty years of experience in controllership, accounting, auditing, and financial administration in the private sector, she has held leadership positions in consulting firms, real estate developers, and construction companies.

Her management approach combines technical expertise, operational rigor, and strategic judgment, contributing to the strengthening of internal processes and the achievement of the highest standards in fiduciary administration.
