We are pleased to announce that our Chief Executive Officer, José Manuel Jaén, TEP, and our Legal Manager, Agnes Valderrama Chiari, TEP, have been sworn in as members of the newly constituted Board of Directors of STEP Panama (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) for the 2025–2027 term, presided over by Lic. Thays de Salas.

STEP is the world's leading professional association in the field of wealth planning and succession, with over 21,000 members across more than 100 countries. Its members, designated as TEPs (Trust and Estate Practitioners), are internationally recognized as subject-matter experts in estate administration, trust law, and multigenerational family wealth planning.

This newly constituted Board of Directors is comprised of distinguished professionals from Panama's fiduciary sector, working collectively to:

✅ Strengthen professional standards across the sector
✅ Advance ongoing education and professional development
✅ Contribute to the evolution of the applicable legal and regulatory framework
