It reflects the natural evolution of society. The ways in which people build their relationships, provide for their loved ones, and plan for the continuity of their estates have changed accordingly. Yet legal and tax frameworks do not always keep pace with that diversity.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In this context, the Panamanian trust is a flexible, modern, and effective instrument that wealth planning advisors should consider and evaluate when addressing the estate continuity needs of non-traditional families.
